Role summary

We are looking for a practical AI specialist to work inside a growth marketing team in Kolkata. This is not a product-building role; instead, the focus is on making marketing operations faster and more effective by using AI for workflow automation, dashboards, content support, intelligence gathering, and reporting. The goal is to remove repetitive work, speed up insight delivery, and help the team spend more time on higher-value decisions.

Experience: 2 to 4 years, with a strong portfolio in applied AI and data visualization

What you will handle

  • Design and maintain AI-driven automation flows using tools such as Make or n8n to eliminate repetitive team tasks.
  • Create live dashboards for performance, marketplace, and brand metrics using tools like React, Recharts, or Looker Studio.
  • Develop and manage prompt systems for content generation, competitive research, and extracting insights from data.
  • Build scraping and AI-based pipelines to monitor marketplace reviews, Reddit and Quora discussions, and category trends.
  • Replace manual weekly and monthly reporting with automated, stakeholder-ready outputs.
  • Support AI visibility tracking efforts and keep the prompt library up to date.
  • Evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption based on practical team impact rather than trend appeal.

Required experience and capabilities

  • Hands-on experience building production-ready automations in Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to create dashboards that non-technical stakeholders actually use.
  • Working experience with Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini APIs beyond simple chat usage.
  • Comfortable scripting in JavaScript or Python for parsing API responses, cleaning data, and writing pipeline logic.
  • Exposure to web scraping or structured data extraction tools such as Apify, Bright Data, or Playwright.
  • Ability to turn an unclear business problem into a defined automation plan and deliver it end to end.

Preferred background

  • Previous exposure to a marketing team or agency environment.
  • Experience using Google Sheets or BigQuery as part of a data workflow.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads API or Amazon SP-API for automated data collection.
  • Familiarity with AEO or GEO concepts and AI visibility platforms such as Profound, Peec AI, or AthenaHQ.
  • Experience building a social listening or competitive intelligence system from start to finish.

How performance will be evaluated

  • Measured reduction in manual hours saved each month through automation.
  • Dashboard usage by the team as a primary reporting source.
  • Faster turnaround for weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Leadership rating of the usefulness and actionability of competitive intelligence outputs.
  • Freshness and adoption of the tool and prompt library.
