Role overview

This role focuses on shaping and delivering AI-driven products and capabilities. You will turn business needs into practical product plans, work with technical and business teams, and help bring scalable AI solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and own product direction and release plans for AI-enabled features and products.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to build solutions that can scale effectively.
  • Convert business goals into detailed product documents, user flows, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with AI and ML specialists on LLM-based use cases, AI agents, automation products, recommendation engines, and data intelligence initiatives.
  • Research the market, study competitors, and analyze user feedback to uncover new opportunities.
  • Rank and prioritize product ideas based on business value, user demand, and technical effort.
  • Track product outcomes, engagement trends, and operational metrics, then use insights to improve the product continuously.
  • Lead product launch coordination and support execution across all involved stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
  • About 2 to 3 years of product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Solid grasp of AI and ML fundamentals, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design.
  • Experience working in agile settings with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to solving problems.
  • Comfort communicating with both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or comparable software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate projects effectively.
