We are seeking an AI & Automation Lead to spearhead this transformation, building the essential systems, tools, and processes that will support the company's future expansion. This is a unique opportunity to establish and direct AI adoption within a growing company, collaborating directly with the founders and leadership team to achieve substantial commercial outcomes.

The Role

The AI & Automation Lead will be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered solutions across all business functions. You will be responsible for the AI roadmap, working closely with stakeholders in recruitment, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to boost productivity, refine decision-making, and establish a competitive edge. This position integrates strategy, product ownership, and hands-on execution. The chosen candidate will be expected to develop solutions independently while also contributing to the company's long-term technology vision.

Key Areas of Responsibility

AI Strategy & Adoption

  • Develop and implement the company’s AI and automation strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability through AI.
  • Promote the adoption of AI technologies throughout the organization.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the effective utilization of AI tools.
  • Assess emerging technologies and propose practical applications.

Internal Product Development

  • Create AI-driven applications and tools for recruiters, consultants, and leadership.
  • Develop internal GPTs, copilots, and knowledge management assistants.
  • Establish centralized information and knowledge repositories.
  • Build solutions that improve collaboration and information accessibility.

Recruitment Process Automation

  • Automate candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement processes.
  • Develop intelligent systems for candidate matching and recommendations.
  • Create AI-assisted tools for CV review and candidate profiling.
  • Build solutions for market mapping and talent intelligence.
  • Increase recruiter efficiency through workflow automation.

CRM, ATS & Data Infrastructure

  • Oversee the development and enhancement of CRM functionalities.
  • Integrate CRM, ATS, email, LinkedIn, marketing, and finance systems.
  • Construct a unified data ecosystem.
  • Improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and accessibility.
  • Implement AI-driven processes for data enrichment and maintenance.

Commercial & Marketing Enablement

  • Develop tools for automating lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build AI-powered workflows for marketing and content creation.
  • Create commercial dashboards and revenue attribution models.
  • Support business development with market intelligence and analytics.
  • Enhance client engagement through technology-driven solutions.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop real-time performance dashboards and reports.
  • Build tools for forecasting and predictive analytics.
  • Generate automated management reports.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • Support strategic planning through data analysis.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify automation potential.
  • Eliminate manual and repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Enhance operational scalability and efficiency.
  • Standardize workflows and best practices.
  • Measure and report on the impact and ROI of automation initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering AI and automation solutions within a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in Python development.
  • Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
  • Experience in building APIs, integrations, and workflow automations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and enterprise business systems.
  • Experience with databases and cloud technologies.
  • Strong abilities in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Capacity to translate business challenges into practical technological solutions.

Desirable

  • Background in recruitment, staffing, HR technology, or professional services.
  • Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agents.
  • Experience in developing dashboards and BI solutions.
  • Proficiency in front-end application development.
  • Experience managing external developers or technology vendors.

  • Achieve measurable productivity gains in recruitment and operations.
  • Significantly reduce manual administrative work through automation.
  • Establish a consolidated AI and data infrastructure.
  • Enhance CRM adoption, user experience, and reporting.
  • Launch multiple AI-powered tools for daily business use.
  • Contribute to revenue growth via improved commercial intelligence and lead generation.

Reporting Line

Reporting directly to the Founders and Leadership Team, this role is pivotal in shaping the future trajectory of Aventus.
