About the Role

The company is looking for an experienced and driven Agency Recruiter to focus on technology hiring. In this position, you will identify, engage, and place strong candidates across tech-related roles while also creating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering a high standard of service to both clients and job seekers. This is a remote-first role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with an emphasis on kindness, respect, and strong results. Compensation is performance-oriented and includes a base salary between 75,000 and 500,000 annually, plus commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Build and keep a strong pipeline of both candidate and client prospects.
  • Use the company’s ATS, Jax, to source, evaluate, and connect with qualified talent.
  • Drive business development efforts to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Maintain trusted, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Represent the company’s values by communicating with professionalism, kindness, and respect.
  • Work closely with teammates, share best practices, and take part in training and development.
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture by meeting placement goals and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a staffing agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success handling full-desk recruiting responsibilities.
  • Technology recruiting experience, or work with comparable skill sets, is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
  • Proven sales ability and strong relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to achieve or exceed placement and revenue goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Industry-specific recruiting experience is considered a major plus.
  • Self-directed, ambitious, and focused on delivering strong outcomes.
