Job description
About The Role
Binance is seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to cultivate and expand enduring partnerships with key affiliates and channel partners throughout the MENA region. This position emphasizes strategic partner management, focusing on affiliate retention, revenue enhancement, relationship stability, and risk mitigation, rather than aggressive new business acquisition. The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of the crypto/FX affiliate landscape, excels in relationship building, demonstrates commercial acumen, and can effectively balance growth objectives with platform compliance and interests.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and sustain relationships with existing affiliates, key opinion leaders, trading communities, and strategic partners.
- Stimulate affiliate performance growth in user acquisition, trading volume, retention rates, and overall revenue contribution.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics to identify unusual patterns, potential risks, or opportunities for expansion.
- Address affiliate concerns, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational issues, with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
- Develop and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
- Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to optimize ecosystem efficiency.
- Identify and prevent potential risks like wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, and non-compliant traffic sources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and prevailing industry trends.
- Facilitate affiliate onboarding, conduct due diligence, and foster long-term relationship development.
Requirements
- Possess experience within the Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or similar financial sectors.
- Demonstrate familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission models, and rebate structures.
- Have a background in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
- Exhibit a strong grasp of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
- Possess excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Be capable of handling sensitive partner interactions with maturity and professionalism.
- Show strong analytical skills to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends.
- Demonstrate commercial negotiation skills for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing efforts.
- Exhibit a keen awareness of risks related to affiliate fraud, compliance issues, and suspicious trading activities.
- Possess cross-cultural communication skills; prior experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is advantageous.
- Exhibit patience, stability, and a long-term relationship orientation.
- Maintain a strong service and partnership mentality.
- Display high emotional intelligence and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Be adept at recognizing early indicators of affiliate churn, competitor involvement, or business decline.
- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
