Role Overview
The Marketplace Guru is hiring an Advertising Specialist focused on PPC to join its Marketing team. This position reports to the Account Director and is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role is a full-time position that combines work-from-home and work-from-office flexibility.
The person in this role will be responsible for driving paid advertising performance for client accounts, improving growth, and keeping campaigns aligned with target KPIs. The work involves diagnosing account issues, managing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing keywords and data, and working closely with internal stakeholders to solve performance problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle urgent audits first when accounts need immediate attention, and work through issues in underperforming campaigns.
- Partner with directors, managers, peers, and clients to troubleshoot advertising problems and keep projects moving on schedule.
- Review accounts to identify key challenges and define the main issues for prospective or active clients.
- Prepare concise notes, reports, and summaries covering audit findings and campaign outcomes.
- Independently manage and grow 6 to 8 PPC accounts for client brands.
- Set, track, and maintain client-defined KPIs across assigned accounts.
- Oversee complete campaign execution, including segmentation, budgeting, and performance improvements.
- Work with the Brand Manager to shape long-term growth plans and take ownership of implementation.
- Study data across brand, marketplace, SKU, campaign, keyword, and target levels to make informed optimization choices.
- Check ad segmentation, cut unnecessary spend, and work toward lowering ACOS.
- Launch PPC campaigns for new accounts with the right structure, keyword research, and budget allocation.
- Build and refine manual campaigns using keyword analytics and discovery methods.
- Create high-volume, low-volume, and highly relevant campaigns using broad, phrase, and exact match types where applicable.
- Develop manual ASIN-targeting campaigns, including defensive targeting strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, especially with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Required Amazon certifications: Sponsored Ads Certification, Sponsored Ads Advanced Certification, Video Ads Certification, and Campaign Optimization Certification.
- Working knowledge of Helium 10 tools such as Black Box, Magnet, Cerebro, and Keyword Tracker.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and marketplace optimization.
- Strong command of G Suite and Google Sheets, along with typing speed of 55+ WPM.
- Good grasp of campaign budgeting, forecasting, promotions, discounts, and Amazon ad structure.
- Ability to analyze keywords, improve campaigns, and reduce advertising spend efficiently.
- Experience handling multiple brands and accounts while delivering measurable results.
- Bonus: exposure to Jungle Scout, Asana, Slack, Excel, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, plus strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.

Work Expectations
