Role overview
In this position, you will act as a key operational support partner for the Cloud team in Singapore. The role sits at the center of day-to-day team coordination, helping managers and team members stay organized, focused, and prepared. You will stay ahead of administrative needs, handle shifting priorities smoothly, and use your understanding of Google products and services to support projects in a strategic way.
The role calls for strong organization, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work with people across different functions and levels. You will contribute to both the practical and cultural side of the team, helping keep operations efficient while also supporting connection and collaboration.
Work authorization
Preference will be given to candidates who already have the legal right to work in Singapore and do not need visa sponsorship from Google.
Minimum qualifications
Candidates should have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international setting, with hands-on responsibility for core tasks such as managing travel, processing expenses, maintaining calendars, and coordinating facilities.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 6 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Experience planning and running small-scale projects and events from preparation through execution.
- Background in executive event management.
- Understanding of process, project, and program management concepts, with the ability to apply them to operational challenges.
- Ability to improve responsiveness and efficiency in existing workflows and help shape new operating methods.
- Comfort acting as a main contact point for internal teams and external vendors while handling confidential information appropriately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and job functions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of administrative duties, including calendar coordination, travel booking, expense reporting, event planning, and arranging facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate support across multiple offices and help strengthen operational efficiency and responsiveness.
- Help design and refine new ways of working and operational practices.
- Support onboarding and guidance for new team members and work alongside other Administrative Business Partners.
- Act as project lead for small and medium-sized initiatives.
- Contribute to team culture by encouraging connection, engagement, and a positive work environment, while participating in the wider E/ABP community.
