About the Role

Lighthouse Canton is a global investment firm that provides wealth management and asset management solutions. With a seasoned senior leadership team, the organisation serves clients across regions through offices in Singapore, London, Dubai, and India. The Singapore office is hiring an Administrative Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Take care of routine office administration, including phone calls, email handling, and welcoming visitors.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments, and keep calendars up to date.
  • Track office and pantry inventory and reorder items when stocks run low.
  • Support the team with data entry, document filing, and preparing paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative help to different departments as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Help set up screen casting or calls in meeting rooms when required.
  • Manage the distribution of office equipment such as laptops, accessories, and mobile devices.
  • Help ensure office maintenance issues are attended to promptly.
  • Be the first contact for simple IT-related issues such as password resets, device setup, and software installation.
  • Check that printers, copiers, conference room systems, and network equipment are working properly.
  • Coordinate with technical support for office hardware and software support when needed.
  • Request quotations and place orders for hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Liaise with vendors for repairs, service visits, and subscription renewals.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and the IT support team.
  • Assist with onboarding by preparing joining documents, welcome packs, and orientation schedules.
  • Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, company events, and small travel arrangements.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager whenever required.

What We’re Looking For

  • A well-organised individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
  • Solid time management, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • No prior work experience is necessary.
