Role overview
This part-time Administrative Assistant position is based in Jeddah and follows a hybrid setup, combining office presence with work-from-home days.
What you will do
You will help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly by managing calendars, arranging meetings, organizing documents, and keeping records up to date. The role also includes answering calls and emails and maintaining a professional tone in all communication with clients and partners.
In addition, you will prepare documents and presentations, support travel planning and expense tracking, and help coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events. You will work closely with leadership and other team members to support efficient workflows and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and clerical capabilities, including calendar handling, filing, data entry, and document preparation. Clear professional communication and proper phone etiquette are important, along with experience supporting executives through scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
Good proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, plus basic digital collaboration and scheduling tools, is expected. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage several priorities in a busy setting, and comfortable working both independently and with a team while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are also required. Prior experience in administrative or office support work, especially in consulting, hospitality, or similar industries, is an advantage.
