Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and service-minded Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office activity. This role is central to keeping operations running efficiently while providing professional assistance to staff, leadership, and guests.

The right person will be comfortable juggling different priorities, solving small problems quickly, and helping create a welcoming and efficient workplace. If you are detail-focused, take initiative, and enjoy supporting others, this opportunity may be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative assistance to managers and teammates throughout the organization.
  • Keep calendars organized, arrange meetings, and set up appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, then route questions to the right person.
  • Draft, revise, and arrange documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Keep filing systems, records, and office paperwork orderly and current.
  • Support data entry tasks and make sure records remain accurate and updated.
  • Help coordinate travel, meeting setup, and event arrangements when required.
  • Monitor office inventory and place orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Receive visitors and maintain a courteous, professional front-office experience.
  • Assist with special assignments and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; extra training or study in administration is an advantage.
  • Experience in office administration, support work, or customer service is preferred.
  • Good organizational ability and solid time-management skills.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with related office systems.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving ability.
  • Capable of working on your own while also contributing effectively to a team.
