About the role
The sales function drives customer growth globally by prospecting, winning new business, and helping customers adopt Revolut’s products through a practical, solution-led approach. This role is for an Acquiring Products Sales Executive who will develop and manage a sales pipeline for e-commerce-focused payment solutions, with an emphasis on large enterprise clients.
The right candidate will bring product knowledge, commercial drive, and a high-integrity approach to closing complex opportunities.
What you will do
- Create and expand a network of enterprise prospects and customers to unlock revenue opportunities across Revolut’s solutions, working closely with Account Executives.
- Build strong customer relationships and explain the product value using a consultative, solution-oriented style.
- Track, manage, and report pipeline and forecast activity accurately, while working toward quarterly targets and coaching Account Executives on ways to achieve their goals.
- Contribute to team growth by helping with recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to support smooth execution and operational excellence.
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-moving B2B SaaS enterprise environment.
- A strong history of selling software, SaaS, and/or web-based services to large enterprise accounts.
- Consistent success in exceeding quotas and commercial targets.
- Strong presentation, active listening, and closing skills.
- Confidence in negotiating with senior-level executives, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation support when needed.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events where local rules and policies allow.
