Role overview
This is a practical, office-based Accounts Administrator position with a marine business delivering technical work for clients in New Zealand and overseas. You will join a small and well-established finance team that has been together for a long time, and the business is keen to welcome someone who can become a dependable part of the group for the long term. Key focus areas
- Support accounts payable activity, including processing a high volume of invoices.
- Handle invoicing and timesheet-related admin accurately and on time.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Work closely with finance colleagues and other stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to a stable, team-oriented environment where flexibility and reliability matter.

Requirements
