Role overview
The selected candidate will handle core accounting operations, including financial reporting, statement preparation, bank reconciliations, and recurring audit work. This position also calls for strong people skills and solid commercial understanding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tailored reports to support different business requirements.
- Prepare and organize tax-related documentation.
- Review, compile, and interpret financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting activities and forecasting exercises.
- Produce the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and related financial reports.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- Professional accounting credentials such as CPA or ACCA will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of IFRS.
- Ability to read, evaluate, and draw insights from financial statements and periodicals.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
