The Commercial function develops strategic relationships with leading brands and boutiques, helping expand assortment and improve sales performance across partner channels. This work helps deliver exceptional product access and choice for customers around the world.

Role Summary
This position is focused on improving the sales and operational results of North American boutique partners. The Account Manager will strengthen relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams, and help ensure boutique partners stay engaged and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of boutiques through strong commercial planning and effective day-to-day business management.
- Track each partner’s status, upcoming plans, and seasonal direction to identify growth potential and online opportunities.
- Create more assortment and selection from the partner network through customized deals, incentives, and operational support.
- Monitor offline and online sales against product delivery schedules and commercial expectations in coordination with merchandising and commercial partners.
- Plan and negotiate markdowns with boutiques and make sure promotional commitments are followed.
- Review boutique performance and Farfetch profitability on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Lead regular internal and external business reviews with partner boutiques.
- Partner with Business Development and Partner Implementation teams to launch new boutiques or expand existing locations, making sure stock quality and quantity are ready within a short timeline.
- Deliver strong service and follow-up for partners and end customers by working with Partner Service, Production, and Operations teams to meet service KPIs and business needs.
Candidate Profile
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in client relations or commercial roles, either online or offline, preferably within retail, brand, or wholesale fashion; luxury fashion exposure is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building ability across different business stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, supported by solid analytical thinking.
- Comfortable solving problems creatively and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong judgment around prioritization and timing.
- Confident using Excel, including pivot tables, and other data tools for analysis.
- Degree-level education in a BS or BA, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel 20% to 25% of the time for local and domestic trips.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation and Employment Terms
The expected base salary at the time of hire is between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Final pay may vary based on location, role-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total package may also include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick leave, and parental leave, depending on the position offered. Participation details will be shared if an employment offer is made.
This is an at-will position, and the company may adjust base salary or other discretionary compensation programs at any time based on individual performance, department or company performance, and market conditions.
