About the company

The Brand Agency is a leading full-service retail specialist agency across Australia and New Zealand, operating within the WPP and Ogilvy network. The team is hiring for an Account Manager to support an established retail brand project based out of Auckland.

Role overview

This position suits someone with some existing experience in the creative industry who wants to deepen their expertise and move forward in account management with guidance from a seasoned team.

What you will do

  • Help steer integrated campaigns and projects from the initial idea stage through to final delivery, including writing briefs, managing budgets, building timelines, and coordinating shoots.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, production, studio teams, and client contacts to keep campaigns moving through asset production and delivery.
  • Review artwork, client feedback, and project briefs carefully to ensure accuracy.
  • Run and contribute to weekly WIP meetings with both clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with internal departments to make sure briefs are clearly shared and properly understood.
  • Take part in shoots alongside the account management and creative teams.
  • Represent the agency professionally and live its brand values in day-to-day work.
