Role Overview

Club Feast is hiring a remote Account Manager to take charge of client relationships within its corporate catering business. The company operates across major U.S. markets, focuses on dependable meal programs, and is supported by experienced operators and venture backing. This position is intended for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, direct access to leadership, and room to grow within a scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts based in the United States and serve as their main contact.
  • Maintain a strong client experience from onboarding through renewal and ongoing support.
  • Develop customized proposals for food programs that align with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services, events, or broader programs.
  • Spot retention risks early and take action before they affect client relationships.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Restaurant partners to support account success.
  • Keep account information current and organized in HubSpot.
  • Relay client feedback and insights to leadership to support decision-making and growth.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives that help the company improve and scale.

First 90 Days: What Success Looks Like

  • Taking ownership of assigned accounts independently.
  • Establishing credibility and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting retention and growth across the assigned portfolio.
  • Becoming a dependable partner to the leadership team.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate is an excellent communicator in English, both in writing and speaking, and is comfortable handling several accounts at once. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships proactively are essential. Experience in hospitality, concierge services, or client-facing roles would be an advantage. Confidence with Excel and CRM tools is important, with HubSpot being the preferred platform.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote role, but it supports U.S. clients and is primarily aligned to U.S. business hours.

Compensation

The monthly compensation for this role is USD 1,200.
