Job description
Role overview
This position is responsible for driving sales and service delivery across the assigned territory, covering Data services such as Internet Bandwidth, MPLS and Cloud, as well as Voice (Postpaid), Broadband and Fixed Line offerings. The role serves as the primary Airtel contact for customers across all three business lines.
The objective is to improve Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) in both existing and newly acquired accounts.
Key deliverables
- Achieve the planned installation targets for Data, Voice and Fixed Line services.
- Acquire new accounts for Data, Voice and Fixed Line through prospecting and hunting.
- Expand revenue by cross-selling multiple products to both existing and new customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline across all three lines of business, with opportunities at different stages of maturity.
- Track competitor activity and gather market intelligence to stay informed about market moves and plans.
- Observe competing customer propositions and plan sales actions for different client segments.
Role details

- Negotiate agreements and close contracts in a way that supports revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to current customers.
