Role overview
This is a direct walk-in opening in Bangalore for an Account Manager in Ad Operations. The role is centered on managing supply and demand relationships, improving yield, and ensuring smooth delivery across web, app, and CTV ecosystems. You will work with internal teams and external partners to help drive revenue and operational performance.
What the role involves
- Own and optimize campaign delivery and revenue outcomes through CM360 and DV360.
- Build and expand monetization strategies across open bidding, header bidding, and direct integrations.
- Coordinate with demand partners such as SSPs and Amazon TAM integrations.
- Support publisher setups across web, app, and CTV environments.
- Create and manage Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP, and open auction deals.
- Handle CTV monetization workflows, including SSAI/CSAI, ad pod setups, and OEM integrations.
- Improve yield through floor pricing, UPRs, and demand allocation planning.
- Track performance indicators such as fill rate, match rate, CPM, and win rate.
- Investigate and resolve delivery and integration problems, including discrepancies, VAST errors, and latency issues.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve scale and operational effectiveness.
- Set up reporting structures and dashboards that turn data into useful business insights.
Experience and technical background
The employer is looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in ad operations or programmatic monetization, including minimum 3 years of hands-on work in DCM or CM360. The role also calls for strong knowledge of DV360, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, open bidding ecosystems, header bidding, and CTV monetization.
