About the opportunity

Rook is looking for independent sales partners rather than employees. This is a contractor-based arrangement where you operate like a business owner within the company’s platform. You will work with tech products and payment solutions, building a personal portfolio that generates recurring income over time.

The position is designed for people who want ownership, autonomy, and the ability to grow their earnings through their own effort. Instead of being assigned a quota and managed closely, you will develop and manage customer relationships from first contact through long-term account growth.

What the role involves

  • Identifying prospects and making cold calls.
  • Running product demonstrations, closing deals, and completing sign-ups.
  • Handling installation support and onboarding for customers.
  • Carrying out annual reviews and ongoing account management.
  • Generating referrals and expanding the portfolio you own.

You will own the customers you bring in and continue to earn from the recurring revenue they generate. The role starts as a one-person sales operation, with the possibility of eventually building and leading your own team of subcontractors once your portfolio becomes large enough.

Compensation and earning model

Income is built around recurring monthly revenue. As long as a customer keeps using the products or services you sold, you continue receiving payment. Upfront commissions are also paid, giving you cash flow from the beginning.

The expected progression shared by the company suggests that a portfolio can typically grow over 12–36 months into roughly €2,000 to €14,000 per month in recurring earnings. Illustrative examples show how residual income may compound over time, such as €200 in new recurring revenue each month adding up to €600 by month 3, €1,200 by month 6, €2,400 by month 12, €4,800 by month 24, and €7,200 by month 36. The company notes that these figures are illustrative and not guaranteed.

Another example given states that €7,200 per month in recurring income could equal more than €86,000 per year, before any additional new sales. The message is that referrals, account growth, and subcontractors under you can all increase your total recurring earnings.

The company says its working standards were developed with an HR consultant and aligned with WRC principles to promote high performance without burnout.

Nature of the engagement

This is a self-employed contractor role. That means you get flexibility, ownership, and uncapped upside, but also the responsibility of running your own business activity. There is no salary floor, no manager, and no earnings ceiling.
