Role Overview
OffSec is looking for a high-impact Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive to support growth across the UAE, with a focus on Emirates and Qatar. This position owns relationships with enterprise customers, government bodies, and strategic accounts, with responsibility for generating pipeline, winning new business, and growing existing accounts. The role suits a commercially driven sales professional with experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical training solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and run a territory plan centered on enterprise and strategic opportunities in the UAE.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and discovery through to deal closure and account expansion.
- Deliver against ARR goals while ensuring a strong customer experience.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders and security leaders.
- Work with partners, channels, and alliances to uncover and win new business.
- Conduct persuasive product demos, sales presentations, and executive-level briefings.
- Keep forecasting accurate and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity workforce and training challenges.
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training.
- Minimum 3 years of selling cybersecurity solutions in the UAE.
- Strong history of surpassing sales targets, especially in strategic expansion and high-value enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises and government organizations, including complex procurement environments.
- Experience closing six-figure deals in enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training.
- Working knowledge of solution-selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design.
- Solid partner and channel sales experience with the ability to accelerate revenue through alliances.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Self-directed approach with the ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong capability in pipeline creation and deal execution.
- Goal-oriented, adaptable, and resilient mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a consultative style.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment while working independently.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time salaried role. Working hours are flexible, and the position is carried out from a home office. There are no direct reports attached to this role.
