Role overview

An Auckland-based independent creative agency is seeking an experienced Account Director to join its client service team. The ideal person will come from an advertising or creative agency background and be ready to manage work confidently across multiple channels.

What the role involves

You will be expected to keep projects moving smoothly through the agency, taking ownership from briefing through to delivery. The work will span a broad mix of media, including TVC, digital and social, out-of-home, radio, print, and related channels.

What success looks like

The right candidate will combine strong commercial judgment with a genuine appreciation for high-quality creative work. You should be comfortable juggling several priorities, thinking strategically, and maintaining close, professional communication with clients at different levels.

Experience and capabilities

This position is suited to someone with at least 6 years of relevant experience. You should be proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage assignments end to end while bringing a practical, solutions-oriented attitude to the team.
