What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll give students personalised mentoring after classes, helping them stay focused, organised, and motivated. Your support will be shaped around each learner’s individual needs so they can build confidence and improve their academic performance.

You’ll work with students to spot problem areas, break down difficult topics, strengthen study habits, and introduce learning methods that help them do better in school or college.

• Clear communication and strong mentoring ability
• Capability to support learners in a range of academic subjects
• Genuine interest in education, coaching, and student growth
• No prior tutoring background needed
• Flexibility to adjust to different learning styles and student needs
