Role Overview

This remote contract position is suited to a research professional who can support AI training efforts with rigorous, high-quality domain input. Your contributions will help improve how advanced models understand, reason, and respond in practical situations.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out detailed research within your subject area and turn findings into well-supported, reliable insights.
  • Work with Word and PDF files at an advanced level, including tracked edits, form completion, formatting, and information extraction.
  • Partner with teams across legal, healthcare, policy, and finance to support a variety of project requirements.
  • Convert complex research material into polished reports and presentations suitable for Fortune 500-level expectations.
  • Review academic papers, legal materials, and industry data, then combine key takeaways to guide project decisions.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project rules across all deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and internal team members in both written and spoken interactions.

Experience and Education

The role calls for at least 3 years of relevant professional background in academic research, legal work, policy, healthcare, or a closely related field. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.

Document Handling and Communication

Applicants need strong experience working with Word and PDF documents, including review workflows, tracked changes, data extraction, and precise formatting. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities in a remote, deadline-focused setting are important.

Preferred Background

Additional value will come from experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations, exposure to legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations documentation, and any active publication or presentation history in academic or professional settings.
