The position also involves partnering with colleagues across Student Skills and Success, the Office for Students and Learning, the wider university, and the Maynooth Students’ Union.

This is a specialist advisory post focused on accurate guidance, operational support, and sound judgement when applying academic regulations to individual student circumstances. It also plays a part in advancing digital service delivery, including improved use of digital platforms, integrated resources, data-informed decision-making, and emerging technologies to make services more responsive and accessible.
