Role Overview

LTIMindtree is hiring an Ab Initio Support professional with 4 to 6 years of experience for roles based in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore. The position follows a hybrid working model and calls for someone who can manage production and non-production support activities in a 24x7 environment.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large, multi-source data sets using big data tools and turn findings into useful business insights.
• Handle support responsibilities for Ab Initio-based applications, including troubleshooting and operational coordination.
• Review Control Center details, debug Ab Initio logs, run Ab Initio jobs, and perform file system purge tasks.
• Work with MFSSerial file system concepts as part of support activities.
• Respond quickly to client issues and resolve critical application and operational problems in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a support-focused role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with senior stakeholders and business users.
• Readiness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts.
• Hands-on experience supporting Ab Initio-related applications.
• Working knowledge of Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Comfort with basic UNIX commands such as ps, top, grep, find, awk, ls, vi, scp, and sftp.
• Experience in L3 production support or non-production support environments.
• Preferred exposure to Ab Initio applications or L2/L3/non-prod ETL support roles.

Additional Information

This is a full-time onsite role listed for India, with work locations mentioned as Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. The role requires strong ownership of incident resolution and support operations across live and non-live environments.
