About the Role
7IM is offering a structured graduate pathway for those who want to begin a career in investment management with a progressive and fast-moving firm. The programme is built to develop future specialists, leaders, and commercially minded thinkers through hands-on experience and guided learning.
Programme Overview
This is a three-year development programme that gives early responsibility from the start. You will grow your technical, business, and people skills while rotating through different areas of the organisation in 12-month placements.
The rotation areas may include:
- Operations
- Investment Management
- Risk and Compliance
- Transformation
- Data and Analytics
- Platform Services and IT
- Sales
The programme is designed to help you discover where your strengths fit best, understand how the business works end to end, and build a strong base for your future career.
What You Will Do in Each Placement
- Support team initiatives and work toward agreed goals
- Learn the function, purpose, and day-to-day work of your placement area
- Own assigned tasks, analysis, and project deliverables
- Develop effective working relationships across different teams
- Use feedback actively to strengthen your performance and growth
Development Across the Programme
- Gain an integrated view of how the organisation operates
- Take part in structured learning sessions, development activities, and career-focused events
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives, projects, and events
- Show curiosity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn
