About the Role
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a full-time in-store Visual Merchandising / Keyholder team member for its Dublin location. The role combines visual merchandising standards, customer experience, team support, and store leadership responsibilities in a retail environment that values change, creativity, and new ideas.
Visual Merchandising Responsibilities
- Maintain the brand’s visual presentation in line with official merchandising standards.
- Help drive sales by ensuring products on the shop floor are displayed neatly and carry correct tags.
- Coach store associates on visual merchandising expectations and store presentation standards.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting the store experience.
- Share regular feedback with head office through VM review checklists and photo updates.
Keyholder Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by working closely with the team and reflecting brand values.
- Support the store management team with day-to-day duties and operational tasks.
- Encourage, guide, and motivate the sales team to offer strong service and achieve individual targets.
- Help team members develop by giving direction and ensuring KPIs are tracked and met.
- Maintain high visual standards throughout the store.
- Assist with deliveries and keep the stockroom organised.
- Take responsibility for store opening and closing when senior managers are unavailable.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for the brand and its values.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising.
- Ability to follow VM standards and interpret sales reports.
- Creative thinking and awareness of current fashion or retail trends.
- Strong time management and the discipline to work to deadlines.
- Confidence to suggest commercial visual merchandising ideas that can improve store performance.
- Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in retail.
- Strong customer service ability.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support management when required.
- Experience leading people on the shop floor is important.
