About the Role

This is an opportunity for an ambitious 360 recruiter to own a desk, develop client relationships, and play a hands-on role in a fast-moving tech recruitment environment in Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, handling everything from business development to candidate placement.
- Build and expand your own desk through outreach, networking, and market research.
- Act as a trusted hiring partner for clients by providing tailored recruitment support.
- Source, assess, and support technology candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work toward performance goals and benefit from commission-based rewards.
- Stay informed about your market and use that knowledge to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment position, ideally within IT or technology, though strong billers from other sectors may also be considered.
- Confident relationship-building skills with a strong commercial approach.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and ready to build and grow your own desk.
- Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to perform well in demanding situations.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by earning and challenge.
