Role Overview
We are looking for a specialist who can build and support solutions on the Workday platform, with a focus on Workday Extend. The position involves creating custom applications, enabling integrations, and contributing to automation-led business improvements.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on delivery experience with Workday Extend is essential.
- Strong technical command of Workday Extend along with O4I is needed.
- You should have built custom applications and tailored solutions inside the Workday ecosystem.
- A solid grasp of Workday integrations, APIs, and underlying business workflows is important.
- The role requires the ability to architect, develop, and maintain Workday Extend solutions that can scale reliably.
- Exposure to Flowise, AI agents, generative AI, or other intelligent automation tools is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows and proof-of-concept work will be considered an added advantage.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain applications developed on Workday Extend.
- Build custom business functionality within Workday to meet operational needs.
- Connect Workday applications with outside systems and services.
- Contribute to AI-led automation initiatives and workflow improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
