Compensation and Work Schedule
- Target annual earnings can reach up to $80,000.
- Hourly base pay ranges from $20 to $32.50.
- This is a Monday through Friday position.

Role Overview
As a Window Installer, you will handle installation of home remodeling products in line with company standards and procedures, complete finish work as required, and support the final steps of each job to help ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Install remodeling products according to the company’s established methods and quality expectations.
- Carry out finishing tasks needed for each construction or installation assignment.
- Work with management after each installation to confirm the homeowner is satisfied and to finalize payment approval.
- Review the carpentry checklist with the homeowner once the job is completed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
- Prior exposure to window replacement and/or window wrapping work.
- A valid driver’s license and a strong driving record are required.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities, with confidence speaking clearly to homeowners and coworkers.
