Role Overview

The Warehouse Officer will oversee everyday warehouse activity in Jeddah, ensuring goods are received, stored, tracked, and dispatched efficiently. This role also involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and keeping operations aligned with company procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee routine warehouse functions and manage the warehouse team on a day-to-day basis.
Track inbound receiving, storage arrangements, and outbound dispatch of materials and products.
Keep inventory data current and ensure stock records match actual quantities.
Carry out periodic stock counts and formal inventory checks.
Make sure materials are handled and stored correctly to avoid damage or loss.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and transport teams to support smooth movement of goods.
Follow warehouse safety practices and company compliance rules at all times.
Compile inventory updates and operational summaries for management review.
Identify stock mismatches, investigate causes, and help resolve them.
Coach, supervise, and assess warehouse team members.
Use available warehouse space effectively and improve workflow efficiency.
Ensure products are dispatched and delivered within the required timelines.
