Role overview

Metropolis Technologies operates SP+, an AI-driven parking and mobility platform focused on making parking smoother and more convenient through computer vision. The company supports checkout-free parking experiences so drivers can enter and exit without tickets, machines, apps, or credit cards. What this role involves

• Provide a reliable and friendly valet service while helping create a positive client experience.
• Address client questions and concerns efficiently and proactively communicate when issues come up.
• Check each vehicle carefully before parking it and document any notable condition details.
• Clearly explain valet pricing to customers.
• Follow traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Escalate accidents, safety concerns, unusual situations, and policy breaches to management.
• Be familiar with major roads, landmarks, and highways in the area so guests have smooth transportation support.
• Arrive in a neat uniform for every scheduled shift, on time, and prepared to work.
• Stay in full uniform throughout the entire shift.
• Support managers with other tasks when needed.

Qualifications and requirements

• Must hold a valid state driver’s license, have a current address, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Must be able to work occasional special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide acceptable documentation if selected.
• Should be able to give accurate information to customers and teammates and handle complaints professionally.
• Must be able to read, write, add, subtract U.S. currency, and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Should be able to follow written and spoken directions and adapt calmly to delays, changes, and unexpected situations.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, and handling cash and equipment regularly; sitting and climbing or balancing occasionally; and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds occasionally.
