Role overview

Arc Infrastructure is hiring a permanent full-time Track Maintainer for its Narrogin team. This position supports the upkeep of freight rail assets across Narrogin and nearby areas, contributing to the wider rail network that connects key regions across Western Australia.

Arc Infrastructure develops and manages transport infrastructure that helps drive growth and employment in Western Australia. Its rail network spans 5,500 km and supports freight movement through the Midwest, Goldfields, Yilgarn, South West and Great Southern regions.

What you will do

You will work alongside an experienced crew to carry out essential maintenance on rail infrastructure. The work is physically demanding, involves regular manual handling, and requires someone who is comfortable with hands-on outdoor work. The roster is Monday to Friday, although some weekend work and travel away from home may occasionally be needed.

Location requirement

This role is based in Narrogin, and preference is for applicants who live in Narrogin or the surrounding local area.

Who the role suits

Arc Infrastructure is seeking someone with a genuine interest in the rail sector, prior experience in rail maintenance or labouring, and the ability to contribute to a skilled maintenance team. A Heavy Rigid licence is an advantage.
