- Maintain compensation structures using benchmarking insights and help People Team partners with compensation advisory support.
- Collaborate with PGIM and Prudential Total Rewards teams, People Business Leaders, People Operations, and PGIM Finance to design, improve, and run Total Rewards processes, reporting, and forecasts.
- Handle ad hoc requests and provide day-to-day compensation consulting support to the wider People Team.
Key accountabilities
- Develop and manage a simplified process for headcount and compensation expense analytics, including accruals, modelling, and forecasting for investment professionals, sales staff, and corporate employees.
- Oversee year-end compensation activities for assigned PGIM groups, including salary decisions, short-term and long-term incentives, promotions, and performance-related actions.
- Support leaders on the impact of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and keep compensation structures aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Manage market data matching and job architecture work, ensuring data quality, consistency, and useful guidance on grade and pay structures.
What you bring
- A creative and inquisitive mindset with the ability to design better ways to solve compensation challenges and improve working methods.
- Strong analytical ability, close attention to detail, and the skill to turn data into insights that influence business decisions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, nested formulas, Power Pivot tables, and charts.
- Exposure to Power BI, Visier, or similar analytics and visualization tools, with an interest in building further expertise.
- Ability to work with AI-enabled tools that support continued use of Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to handle several projects with different deadlines at once.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- High ownership, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a fast-moving, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using Aon and/or WTW benchmarking data.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR compensation roles.
