Tribe is partnering with multiple clients that need Executive Assistants who can start right away for short-term assignments. This opportunity suits experienced EAs who are available now, whether you are actively looking for temporary work or are nearing the end of your current role.
About the role
We are seeking seasoned Executive Assistant professionals in Auckland who can step in quickly and support temporary assignments with minimal ramp-up time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Draft and format emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and both internal teams and external contacts.
- Manage sensitive information carefully and with a high level of professionalism.
- Help with project coordination, tracking follow-ups, and monitoring action items.
- Assist with planning events, managing schedules, and handling logistics.
- Stay ahead of needs, take initiative, and resolve issues proactively.
What you should bring
Strong experience as an Executive Assistant is essential, along with excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, and prior exposure to a board management system would be an advantage. The role also calls for strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, independent working style, professionalism, and emotional intelligence to anticipate needs and get up to speed quickly.
