Role Summary

The Telemarketer role is a full-time, on-site opportunity in New Delhi. The person in this role will contact potential and existing clients by phone, present the company’s patent drawing services, explain pricing and service details, and help create qualified sales opportunities.

Key Duties

• Place outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
• Introduce patent drawing services and communicate pricing and service offerings clearly.
• Identify promising leads and assess prospect interest.
• Arrange appointments and set up follow-up calls as needed.
• Record call outcomes and client details accurately in CRM systems or call logs.
• Respond to basic client questions about services and workflow.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions and consistent communication.
• Work toward daily calling goals and conversion targets while keeping a professional phone manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Experience or aptitude for lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales conversion.
• Ability to work from the office in New Delhi and follow scripts, targets, and process-driven workflows.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call-tracking tools.
• Prior exposure to telemarketing, inside sales, or call center work is helpful.
• Clear professional English communication; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
• Minimum education equivalent to a high school diploma; business or marketing studies are beneficial.
