About the internship
NMS NEXT INSTITUTE is hiring a telecalling intern to support outreach for its medical exam coaching programs and MBBS abroad consulting services. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can communicate clearly, and wants hands-on exposure to student counseling and lead follow-up.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to prospective students by phone and share details about the institute’s courses and services.
- Build rapport with leads, answer their questions, and help resolve basic concerns.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the enrollment journey.
- Keep organized records of calls and conversations with students.
- Work with the marketing team to shape effective call scripts and outreach messaging.
- Share student feedback, preferences, and concerns with management.
- Take part in training sessions to strengthen communication and sales abilities.
