Role Overview

Anandi Green's is hiring a Telecaller for its international calling team in Indore. This is a work-from-office position suited to candidates who communicate confidently in English and have prior experience in BPO or international voice processes. The role involves handling outbound calls, supporting customer queries, and contributing to lead generation in a professional, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.
• Respond to customer questions in a polite, assured, and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
• Identify leads and arrange appointments as needed.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs of customer conversations and follow-ups.
• Work toward daily and monthly calling goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in BPO or international calling.
• Strong spoken English skills, with fluency being essential.
• Good interpersonal ability along with persuasive communication skills.
• Comfort with working in a performance-driven, target-based setup.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
