Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Technician position in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The selected candidate will use power washing and related cleaning equipment to service residential and commercial properties. Work will include exterior surfaces such as building facades, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and other areas that require professional cleaning. The job also involves preparing equipment, handling cleaning solutions safely, keeping work areas tidy, communicating professionally with customers, and updating a supervisor on progress or issues. The position may require outdoor work in changing weather, lifting and moving equipment, and traveling between multiple sites during the day.

Responsibilities

• Operate power washing and related cleaning tools to clean residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare equipment before use and handle it safely throughout the workday.
• Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to instructions.
• Clean building exteriors, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and other specified surfaces.
• Leave each job site neat, organized, and free of debris after completing the work.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional way.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and supervisor directions.
• Report job progress, concerns, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Travel between work locations as required during the day.
• Perform duties outdoors and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.

Requirements

• Experience with power washing or a willingness to learn safe and effective use of similar exterior cleaning equipment.
• Basic mechanical ability to carry out routine checks and minor equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read work orders, follow written and verbal instructions, and complete simple job documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods, work outdoors, and lift moderate weights when needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or within a small team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred for travel between job sites.
• Prior experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, construction, or general labor is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Willingness to follow safe work practices, use protective equipment, and comply with company safety procedures.
