Technical Writer

Role Overview

This contract role is focused on supporting FE Manufacturing BluePrint PM SOPs by converting existing operational documents into HTML, assisting with engineering change notifications, and helping maintain accurate, accessible content within the BluePrint platform.

HTML Conversion

• Work with subject matter experts to transform existing documents and SOPs into HTML format.
• Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of content throughout the conversion process.
• Upload the completed HTML files into the BluePrint platform so end users can access them.

Engineering Change Notification Support

• Help prepare and circulate ECNs when required.
• Monitor and record the rollout of engineering changes.
• Ensure all work aligns with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts that make SOPs more efficient and effective.
• Support and train team members on SOP-related tools and processes.
• Carry out other duties related to the role as assigned by the supervisor.

Deliverables

• HTML conversion output
• ECN support documentation
• Any other BluePrint PM SOPs support tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree is preferred.
• Basic experience writing HTML5 is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.
• Basic written Traditional Chinese or Japanese is preferred, though not mandatory, as translated content must still be handled.

Eligibility

This position is open only to SPR and Singapore citizens. Candidates should be fresh graduates up to professionals with 5 years of experience.
