Role overview
Amazon is hiring a Team Leader for its GSF FC operations in Delhi. The position is focused on running fulfillment center activities efficiently, supporting customer experience goals, and maintaining strong operational standards for a large site or a group of smaller sites.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations for either one major location or multiple smaller sites, including inbound and outbound workflows.
- Track customer-facing performance metrics while controlling costs and preserving team safety and morale.
- Manage team performance on an ongoing basis and create as well as execute training and development plans for associates.
- Keep improving the delivery process to achieve lasting gains in delivery performance.
- Carry out daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
- Act as the backup for the Area Manager when needed.
- Be comfortable handling both day and night shift operations.
Basic qualifications
The role calls for at least one year of experience in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently, and should have hands-on experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Preferred background
A bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.
