Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Site Control Command Lead to oversee fly ash transportation and disposal activities at thermal power plant sites. The role involves ensuring that daily operations run safely, efficiently, and within cost targets while coordinating with multiple stakeholders on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and review daily as well as monthly fly ash dispatch activities.
• Work closely with plant representatives, transport partners, vendors, and contractors to keep operations aligned.
• Manage the movement of vehicles and ensure loading and unloading are handled without disruption.
• Oversee fly ash disposal at approved destinations such as brick manufacturing units, quarries, and ash dykes.
• Prepare and maintain MIS updates, dispatch logs, and trip reconciliation records.
• Ensure all work follows EHS standards and applicable statutory rules.
• Guide, coordinate, and supervise the on-site operations team.

Eligibility

Applicants should be graduates, preferably with a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience Required

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is needed in Thermal Power Plant operations, fly ash management, ash handling, logistics, or plant operations.

Additional Information

The role is based in Korba, India. The listed compensation is INR 3,50,000 to 5,50,000 per year.
