Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a growing team in Qatar. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and placing talent across hospitality, food and beverage, and lifestyle businesses.

What you will do

• Handle recruitment activities across the full hiring cycle, from sourcing through offer closure.
• Recruit for roles within the hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle sectors.
• Use ERP and HRMS-based recruitment tools to manage hiring workflows.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the process.
• Work effectively in a high-pace environment with large recruitment volumes.

What we are looking for

• Solid prior experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
• Background in hiring for hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle industries.
• Practical experience with ERP/HRMS recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder handling and communication abilities.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-volume hiring situations.
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar and work onsite.

Additional information

This position is based in Doha, Qatar and requires on-site presence. Applicants should be ready to relocate and commit to working in Qatar. Candidates who can join immediately or after a short notice period will be prioritized.
