T-Mobile Sales Representative

Role overview

Compensation

The average all-in pay, including bonuses and spiffs, is estimated at $16 to $20 per hour.

There is also a new hire bonus ramp-up structure for all new hires in Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager roles, excluding promotions. The bonus is a simple $400 payout.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and a key contributor to revenue growth and service quality.

Required qualifications
