About the Role
A fast-scaling consumer products company in Hennepin County, Minnesota is hiring a Supply Chain Manager through Axis Talent Group. The business is expanding quickly, with order volume tripling, a move into a 55,000-square-foot warehouse, and growth into retail and B2B sales channels. This position offers an early-career supply chain professional the chance to take ownership of the function from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee supplier and factory partnerships, manage the complete purchase order flow from demand planning through final delivery, and make inbound freight choices across ocean, air, and drayage. The role also includes inventory planning for more than 285 SKUs, landed cost analysis, and preparing weekly supply chain updates for company leadership.
What the Company Is Looking For
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or a related analyst/coordinator role. A degree in supply chain or operations is preferred. The company is seeking someone who is comfortable working independently, can identify and solve problems creatively, and is able to build processes in a fast-moving environment. Experience with ERP or inventory systems is helpful, while international sourcing or import exposure is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Compensation and Work Details
This is a full-time, on-site position in Hennepin County, MN. The salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 per year, and there is also a performance bonus linked to KPI achievement.
