A global pharmaceutical company based near Dublin is hiring a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst for a 12-month contract at its advanced manufacturing site. The business is heavily focused on research and development, scientific progress, and bringing new treatments to market. Key responsibilities

• Monitor how quickly existing source inventory is being depleted and keep relevant teams informed about when the switch to new stock will happen and what preparation is needed.
• Oversee the movement of finished goods and work with Logistics and Quality teams so stock release aligns with the necessary system updates.
• Apply FEFO principles to reduce scrap and write-offs during the transition, and immediately escalate any stock that is close to expiry.
• Update and maintain the Inventory Tracker Dashboard in Excel so stakeholders have live visibility into transition progress.

Required background

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Life Sciences is required.
• Strong practical experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management is essential, ideally gained in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device environment.
• Advanced technical capability is needed for accurate data reconciliation, including ERP systems, SAP or equivalent platforms, and Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
