About the Role

Join Zizzi as a Supervisor in Grays, where you will help lead the restaurant team alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Your focus will be on delivering a strong customer experience, keeping service standards high, and helping ensure each shift runs efficiently and safely. What You Will Do

• Lead shifts confidently, coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams so the restaurant operates smoothly.
• Champion the customer journey and coach your team to deliver a consistently excellent experience.
• Support and guide the front-of-house team in creating enjoyable visits for guests.
• Share enthusiasm for the food and help make sure every dish served during your shift meets the expected standard.
• Keep the restaurant presentation at a high level and ensure processes, policies, and guidelines are followed.
• Work closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver reliable service and memorable guest experiences.
