About the Role
Trust Bank Singapore is a digitally native bank built to create a standout customer experience. This position sits in the CEO Office and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff. It offers the chance to influence the bank’s strategic direction, work across teams, and help translate long-term priorities into action.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of bank-wide strategy and help communicate strategic priorities clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the link between long-term strategic direction and OKRs, supporting organisation-wide alignment.
- Assist with key initiatives and projects assigned by the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, or Chief of Staff, including both strategic and near-term tactical work.
- Prepare polished materials for Board meetings and other important leadership discussions.
- Support investor-facing activities and coordinate with the communications team on major media engagements.
- Champion the bank’s culture and help drive initiatives that create a positive workplace impact.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, planning, or business analysis within digital or retail banking, or in management consulting with relevant industry exposure.
- Background in strategy development and strategic planning.
- Experience from a top-tier management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
- Strong comfort working with data and numbers, with sharp analytical ability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including presentations and memos.
- Well-organised, able to plan effectively, and flexible when priorities change in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interest in digital banking.
