Role Overview

DKSH is hiring a Storeperson for its Palmerston North Distribution Centre. This is a practical, physically active warehouse position focused on supporting incoming stock, replenishment, picking, and despatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 12:30pm to 10:00pm
• Friday: 1:30pm to 5:30pm

Key Duties

• Accept and handle incoming stock shipments.
• Unload containers and verify goods against accompanying paperwork.
• Restock pick faces and keep inventory records accurate.
• Pick bulk orders and fast-pick items.
• Build and prepare outgoing loads for dispatch.
• Maintain tidy, safe, and orderly work areas.
• Follow health and safety procedures and help support a safe workplace.

What You Should Bring

• Background in warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
• Comfort working with numbers, quantities, dates, and stock documents.
• Strong accuracy and a careful eye for detail.
• Ability to work to process and stay productive under time pressure.
• Positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle repeated lifting of up to 20 kg.
• Forklift licence is preferred.
• MPI accreditation is preferred.
• Experience unloading containers would be an advantage.
