Role overview

This entry-level retail associate role is designed with flexible scheduling options. The position involves everyday store operations such as handling cash, processing fuel purchases, cleaning, and restocking merchandise. Some locations may also require food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. The work environment includes teamwork, customer interaction, and opportunities to build experience even if you are new to the field.

What you should bring

Applicants should be motivated to exceed customer expectations, maintain a clean and safe store environment, handle food preparation carefully, follow health and safety rules, and manage tasks that may require repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important, and prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is helpful but not required.
